The ring has 3 charges and regains 1d3 expended charges each day at dawn. While attuned to the ring, you can spend a bonus action to double your movement speed until the end of your turn.
Additionally, when you are targeted by an attack roll, you can use your reaction to expend a charge and teleport to an open space within 5 feet. If you teleport in this way, the attack automatically misses. You must use this ability before the DM reveals the result of the attack roll.
If the ring’s has no remaining charges, roll a d20. On a roll of 1, the ring permanently loses all magical properties.
